It Was with Mix Feelings the Commissioner and Staffs of The Ministry of Water Resources Development Sent Off the Retiring Permanent Secretary of Ministry Dr. Charles Diai After 35 Years in Service to His State as Civil Servant.
The event which took place at the state secretariat on Monday 21st October 2024 saw The Commissioner Water Resources Development. Hon. Dr. Isaac Wilkie, Permanent Secretaries from other ministries, Directors, E.A. to The Governor on Water Recourses Development, Staffs, Family Members amongst others grace the event.
Addressing The Crowd, The Commissioner Only had kind words for Dr. Diai qualifying him as an astute and upright man in all ramifications.
“In Dr. Charles Diai, I’ve found a new friend and brother. We got on well together so quick in a way words cannot explain.
His dedication to work and to do it right is alluring. It is not easy to complete 35 years in service in sound health and mind so i want to join the family to return all glory to God.
It is my earnest prayer that the Almighty grant you the grace to pilot the next phase of your life and enjoy your retirement”
Dr. Charles Diai responded with thanks as he reckons the effort of everyone he has met in his 35 years journey.
